Akbank Assistant is a project supported by artificial intelligence to enable users to perform banking transactions easily. It is designed to direct users to the correct flows within the application and facilitate their transactions. Before joining Akbank Design Studio, interfaces were developed by UX and UI teams.

I designed the interfaces of the project's voice assistant feature. With this project, we aimed to improve the experience of Akbank assistants using the speech-to-text feature. We wanted to differentiate the voice assistant feature by adding a new one to the previously designed Akbank assistant animation interactions.

Unlike the mobile operating system assistants we are used to, I designed an interface where we decide when to speak to text and simultaneously monitor whether what we speak is translated into the correct words. After prototyping the interface flows and conducting usability tests within the team, we decided on the interactions.
