We designed a social network for the Human Resources department at Garanti BBVA, where I worked during the pandemic period. The application we designed as MVP includes the home page, company announcements, employee profile, and organizational chart pages.
Since transition between departments is used extensively in corporate companies, we designed the Profile page in a way that it can also be used as a CV within Garanti BBVA. We took the interface designs from the BBVA global design system. We implemented the fastest design solutions for MVP, aiming for as simple an experience and interface as possible.
The organizational chart is an important issue in corporate companies. We adapted the Organization chart so that you can easily find which teams and managers you report to. With this experience, we have designed a structure where colleagues can easily access their information.
Some issues required human resources to quickly receive feedback from employees within the organization. We designed the Survey section for easy feedback and offered an experience where you can easily vote anonymously.
